Terms and Conditions
I/We will notify Northwestel of any changes to my/our account and/or bank account information, or to my/our credit card information. This agreement can be terminated upon written or verbal notification, at any time, by either the customer or Northwestel. Upon termination, payment of bills will be made to Northwestel in the normal fashion. Items charged will be reimbursed subject to written notification by me/us to the branch of the bank/financial institution holding my/our account within 90 days under any of the following conditions:
a. I/We never provided authorization to Northwestel.
b. The pre-authorization withdrawal or charge was not drawn in accordance with my/our authorization.
c. My/Our authorization was revoked; and
d. The debit was posted to the wrong account due to invalid/incorrect account information supplied to Northwestel.

In the following Visa Credit Card Agreement and Federal Truth-in-Lending Disclosure Statement (“Agreement”), the words “I,” “me,” “mine,” “my,” “us,” “they,” “their,” and “our” mean each and all of those who apply for or use a Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU) Visa Card(s) whether Prime Owner, Co-Borrower, or other authorized user. The words “you,” “your,” and “yours” mean DCU. “Card” means Visa Platinum, Visa Gold, or Visa Classic Card(s) issued to me and any duplicates you may issue. “Account” means my Visa Credit Card Account with you. “Statement” means my Visa Monthly Statement of activity and payment information. “Letter” means the Visa Credit Card Approval Letter that is sent once a Visa is approved and is incorporated herein by.

Credit Card Facts and Stats. Americans owe approximately $850 billion in revolving credit card debt.• As of 2007, 73% of all American households had credit cards and 60% of these households carried a balance. The average balance for households that carried a balance was $7,300, up 30.4% from 2004.• Low- and middle-income households have an average of $8,650 in credit card debt. • The total amount of credit made available by issuers in 2007 was about $5 trillion, or $43,007 per household.• Even as the economy worsens, Americans continue to be inundated with offers of credit.
