Terms and Conditions
I/We will notify Northwestel of any changes to my/our account and/or bank account information, or to my/our credit card information. This agreement can be terminated upon written or verbal notification, at any time, by either the customer or Northwestel. Upon termination, payment of bills will be made to Northwestel in the normal fashion. Items charged will be reimbursed subject to written notification by me/us to the branch of the bank/financial institution holding my/our account within 90 days under any of the following conditions:
a. I/We never provided authorization to Northwestel.
b. The pre-authorization withdrawal or charge was not drawn in accordance with my/our authorization.
c. My/Our authorization was revoked; and
d. The debit was posted to the wrong account due to invalid/incorrect account information supplied to Northwestel.
